Problem

Although TriCore is a leader in IT management, their social media presence did not reflect their reputation or capabilities. Key challenges included:

  1. Low Social Media Activity: Social media had been underutilized, leading to minimal engagement and limited brand awareness.
  2. Stagnant Traffic from Social Channels: Organic and paid social media efforts failed to drive meaningful traffic to their website.
  3. Lack of Strategic Content: Existing content lacked consistency and alignment with key brand pillars, making it hard to connect with the target audience.

TriCore partnered with Bend Marketing to overhaul its social media strategy and maximize its impact.
